The objectives of Deeksharambh- Student Induction Programme is to facilitate new students in adjusting and feeling comfortable with the new environment, inculcating in them the ethos and culture of the institution, help them build bonds with other students and faculty members, expose them to a sense of larger purpose and self-exploration. Students Induction could cover several different aspects: Socializing; Associating; Governing; and Experiencing.

Guru Dakshata is a Faculty Induction Programme initiated by UGC. It has commenced with the objective to familiarise the faculties in their roles as freshly inducted university teachers. It will orient them on various generic aspects of teaching learning, instructional methodologies, assessment and evaluation techniques, ICT enabled teaching learning, and equip them with knowledge of university rules and regulations, basics of governance and administration. members in Universities/ Colleges/ Institutes.
