Phil. from the University of Allahabad in the year 1986. He is a first class first, Gold Medalist in M.Com. at the University of Allahabad. He is a certified Information System Auditor (CISA) of Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA), U.S.A., He is also a certified Lead Auditor, for Quality Management Systems (QMS) ISO 9000:2008, U.K.Prof. Arun Kumar came to lime light as an author through his nationally renowned work, the â€œScannerâ€. He conceived, compiled and edited this new series of books based on novel systematic method of learning for CA, ICWA and CS aspirants. He had a teaching experience of about 10 years in Professional Classes. He has authored five books and eight articles. He had participated in National and International Conferences/Seminars/ Workshop. Company Law, Capital Markets and Securities Laws, Corporate Accountings and Cost Accounting are his strong subjects. More than 100 CS have been qualified under his expert guidance and his notes given which have been now in the shape of this book. His primary focus is on enhancing studentsâ€™ knowledge theoretically and practically as well as focused preparations to ensure success in the examinations and to achieve professional expertise. He has a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS).He has Secured all India Rank 20 in CA Final Examinations held by Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has secured all India Rank in all three levels of Company Secretary Course.(Rank 15 in CS foundation, Rank 15 in CS Inter, Rank 3 in CS Final) Currently,he has working in Reliance Industries Limited as Manager in Consolidation Department in Mumbai. He has experience of 2.5 Years in Reliance Industries Limited. He belong to Jaipur and completed my education from there only. He has written two books for Shuchita Prakashan for CS Professional Course namely :-
(1)Financial, Treasury and Forex Management.
(2)Corporate restructuring and Insolvency.
He has taken active part in any kind of conferences, seminar organized by Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and Institute of Company Secretary of India. He has writing Articles for the journals of ICAI, ICSI.
